Privacy Policy

Smart Clinic Ginza (hereinafter referred to as “the Clinic”) stipulates the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) regarding the use of users’ personal information in the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) provided on this website.

Article 1 (Personal Information)

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

Article 8 (Cessation of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

In the event that an individual requests the cessation of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Cessation of Use, etc. “) of personal information on the grounds that the personal information has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or on the grounds that the information was obtained by improper means, the Clinic shall immediately conduct the necessary investigations.

  3. When the Clinic ceases the use, etc., or decides not to cease the use, etc., in accordance with the foregoing provisions, the Clinic shall promptly notify the user.
  4. Regardless of the provisions of the two preceding paragraphs, in the event that ceasing the use, etc. would entail substantial costs, or in other cases where it is difficult to cease the use, etc., the Clinic will take alternative measures, if necessary, to protect the rights and interests of the user.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to the user, except for matters otherwise provided by law and other provisions of this policy.
  2. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Clinic, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
